  1. High Utilizer Report

    It would be very helpful to be able to track number of visits/utilization by patient. By this I mean it would be great for us to be able to see which patients are frequently returning to our office to then be able to tag them for case management or further evaluation.

  2. Additional Columns in Chart Notes Report

    In the chart notes report, please add birthdate as a field as it makes it easier to identify patients (especially because there may be patients with the same name).

  3. Update demographics in the Patient List Report sooner than every 24 hoursurs

    Demographics in the Patient List Report take 24 hours to update. We would like the demographics to update in less than 24 hours.

  4. Appointment Detail Report

    It would be great if we were able to generate a report that compiled a list of all patients that have been No Showed or Cancelled (or simply Seen) for a specified time frame. The report should include the patients last visit before the No Showed or Cancelled appointment and their phone numbers and emails. We should be able to print the report as well.

    Hi everyone – As of 1/24/2017, we have released the new Appointment Report to all practices. This report allows practices to review and filter appointments by facility, status, provider, and date, making it easier to track cancellations, no shows, and other scheduling details.

  5. Facility Filter on Chart Note Reports

    On the chart note reports - add a drop down for facility/location to return notes separated by different office locations. This would give better tracking.

  6. Most Common Diagnoses Report

    I need to know the top 5 or so common diagnoses in my practice. We see many patients, with many different providers. I have a general sense of what we've been seeing, but I need the data.

  7. PF Logo and Run Date on Patient List Report for Audits

    Patient List Report: When being audited by CMS we need to provide evidence that we have ran the patient list report. It would be nice if the report would save under documents with the date it was ran and with the Practice Fusion logo. CMS requires during an audit that we have the date/time and logo of the EHR. Thank you!

  8. Display Diagnoses without Start Dates in Diagnosis Registry Report

    Enable the Diagnosis Registry to find all diagnoses whether or not they have Start Dates. Right now, I learned that the Diagnosis Registry can only find diagnoses that have a State Date entered. That means if you have not been entering start dates over the past few years (6 years in my case), the Diagnoses Registry cannot find all your patients with Hypertension or Diabetes. The only other alternative is to go back through every single patient's chart and add a start date for each diagnosis.
