When you are viewing the patient's chart, you should see the patient's PRN at the top of the patient header, along with DOB and other details.13 votes
Great news—as of 2/5/2016, PRN is displayed at the top of the patient chart header.

The "Add Photo" text takes up a large part of the lower part of the photo box. Can we remove the text and leave just the plus symbol? Or move the action of "adding a photo" outside of the box where we actually see the patient's pic?7 votes
We have changed the patient photo interaction to display a pencil icon instead of “Add Photo”. This should make it easier to see the patient’s picture now.
It would be nice to see the payer type / insurer when charting. Would like to see this listed at the type right beside the name, birth date and email. This would save the step of clicking on the profile every-time.35 votes
As of Q4 2015, payer insurance information is listed in the patient header when a chart is open.
