We would like to use Practice Fusion in our PCMH. Can you add support for the things we need?55 votes
Update: As of November 2017, Practice Fusion EHR (Versions 3.6 and 3.7) has achieved PCMH Prevalidation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for NCQA’s PCMH 2017 Program.
It would be great to create Templates with the options of headers, Indent, Bold, Italic, Bullets and Numbers. This will make charting easier.
Hi everyone—I am pleased to announce that we have released this time-saving feature to all Practice Fusion customers as of 8/4/2015.
You can read more about how to work with rich text formatting in templates here: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/484527-how-do-i-create-new-templates-and-edit-existing-te
The majority of my practice is working with the Deaf community. Currently there is no option for American Sign Language - or even an "other" category. Please add to the list of languages.11 votes

Most surgeons will see patients in multiple hospitals in the ER on the floor or in the Operating room. When need to have a way to capture and add the documentation to our EMR both for billing and for documentation purposes. Currently the encounter type is limited to office.
Can you please provide additional encounter types: ER consultation, operating room procedure234 votes
Great news! Users can now add encounter types according to their SNOMED code, or HCPCS code.
Thanks for providing all of your input and requests for this feature and we’re delighted to release it.

It is taking several steps to review a document because it appears with the details on one side and a very small document on the other.
We have to close the detail screen using the x and then magnify the remaining image at least 2 times to be able to read.
It would be better if the default was a larger image with the ability to open the details if needed( most of the time they are not.)17 votes
Hello everyone – as of 6/1/2017, we have introduced an update to the document preview functionality: signed documents will now automatically preview in a full screen view when selected, with the option to click “Show Details” to view the document details window.
Please note that pending (unsigned) documents will continue to show the details window when opened until the document has been signed.
It would be great for offices that have large number of pts that are on Coumadin and come in regularly for INR check to have these numbers in the Vitals area for quick reference to view past numbers. Gerri22 votes
You can now track PT/INR with our flowsheets functionality.

It was great with a single button in old chart to add an allergy while discontinuing a medication. Now I have to remember to stop it, and then go to the allergy section and add it, then come back and continue what I was doing with medications.16 votes
I am happy to report that as of 03/25/2016, when you discontinue a medication and select “Allergic to medication” as the Discontinuation Reason, you will be prompted to enter an allergy to that medication.

When replying to an internal message, the cursor should start in the message box. Currently when clicking "reply", it starts in the recipient box, even though there is a recipient.6 votes
As of 6/26/2015, the cursor will now drop in the message box if you’re replying to a message. Thanks for creating and supporting this idea.
We would like the option to hide historical diagnoses on the Superbill to eliminate potential errors/confusion. And or, find a way to highlight a Primary Diagnosis in both the chart and the Superbill.8 votes
As of January 2016, the diagnosis selector in the superbill has been improved to better delineate the difference between Encounter Diagnoses, Active Diagnoses, and Historical Diagnoses. This should make it much easier to avoid potential errors and confusion.
The bar on the side that lists 'users, display options, appointment types' takes up too much space. There needs to be an arrow at the top you can click and collapse that option and make the schedule bigger.58 votes
Hi everyone—thank you for your patience on this one. As of 7/31/2015, we have resolved this issue.

When you are viewing the patient's chart, you should see the patient's PRN at the top of the patient header, along with DOB and other details.12 votes
Great news—as of 2/5/2016, PRN is displayed at the top of the patient chart header.

The "Add Photo" text takes up a large part of the lower part of the photo box. Can we remove the text and leave just the plus symbol? Or move the action of "adding a photo" outside of the box where we actually see the patient's pic?7 votes
We have changed the patient photo interaction to display a pencil icon instead of “Add Photo”. This should make it easier to see the patient’s picture now.
Hi. The vital sign section needs to be more prominent. The font is very faint, and you care barely see the heading for each box.22 votes
We have overhauled the way that vital signs are displayed in the chart note, which included making them more legible.

Add cat and dog allergies to the Environmental list, rather than just specifying "Animal Dander"6 votes
Hi everyone—as of 7/17/2015, we have added cat and dog allergies to the environmental list. Thanks for your patience.
The allergies (food) list is missing a few items: coffee, corn, soybean, and egg whites. Please add these and also provide us a way to enter in allergens with free text.18 votes
Hi everyone—as of 7/17/2015, we have added these 4 food allergies to the list. Thanks for your patience.
When I change the filter and display settings for my scheduler, I would like for the EHR to remember those the next time I log in so I don't waste valuable time changing my settings during every login.255 votes

Can you fix it to where the no-show & cancelled appointments disappear off of the schedule like the seen appointments? It will save so much time scrolling through the day's schedule & will definitely make the day schedule look cleaner. Thanks.306 votes

We would like to be able to choose which sections of a Chart Note to print. For instance, remove quality of care/screening info/from printable encounter.
This way the printable note is simple and to the point and saves paper as well.15 votes
As of 9/24/2015, you can now choose just which sections of the chart note you would like to print.
