We would like the option to hide historical diagnoses on the Superbill to eliminate potential errors/confusion. And or, find a way to highlight a Primary Diagnosis in both the chart and the Superbill.8 votes
As of January 2016, the diagnosis selector in the superbill has been improved to better delineate the difference between Encounter Diagnoses, Active Diagnoses, and Historical Diagnoses. This should make it much easier to avoid potential errors and confusion.
The bar on the side that lists 'users, display options, appointment types' takes up too much space. There needs to be an arrow at the top you can click and collapse that option and make the schedule bigger.58 votes
Hi everyone—thank you for your patience on this one. As of 7/31/2015, we have resolved this issue.
You can read about how to work with the scheduler options side bar here: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/482832-how-do-i-update-my-appointment-schedule
When you are viewing the patient's chart, you should see the patient's PRN at the top of the patient header, along with DOB and other details.12 votes
Great news—as of 2/5/2016, PRN is displayed at the top of the patient chart header.

We would like to have a default setting on the timeline so every time we open it, it already has the Lab Results dropdown item selected, since that's the one we look at most often.2 votes
As of 7/31/2015, you can customize your setting to choose a default dropdown item, like Lab Results.

When opening the new appointment window, active and non-active patients look the same, thus causing potential errors to occur.371 votes
Thanks to everyone for providing your thoughts on how inactive patients should be displayed in Practice Fusion.
As of 03/25/2016, to reduce confusion when working with patient lists, we have made it more obvious in the main Charts section when a patient is inactive.
You will see the words “Inactive” in the patient list as well as the patient header when you are working with an inactive patient.
Additionally, if a patient is marked as inactive, she or he will not appear in search results for appointments, messages, labs, or refills. If you would like a patient to appear in those search results for selection, you’ll need to mark the patient as Active.
The "Add Photo" text takes up a large part of the lower part of the photo box. Can we remove the text and leave just the plus symbol? Or move the action of "adding a photo" outside of the box where we actually see the patient's pic?7 votes
We have changed the patient photo interaction to display a pencil icon instead of “Add Photo”. This should make it easier to see the patient’s picture now.
There used to be a sheet on which you could check off multiple diagnoses. In PF, the diagnosis section can have a list 20-50 of the most common diagnoses of a practice that can be checked off individually or "select all" and then saved to the chart with one click.17 votes
As of 2/19/2016, all Practice Fusion EHR users now have the ability to manage their commonly used diagnoses in their My Dx List.

Hi. The vital sign section needs to be more prominent. The font is very faint, and you care barely see the heading for each box.22 votes
We have overhauled the way that vital signs are displayed in the chart note, which included making them more legible.

Add cat and dog allergies to the Environmental list, rather than just specifying "Animal Dander"6 votes
Hi everyone—as of 7/17/2015, we have added cat and dog allergies to the environmental list. Thanks for your patience.
The allergies (food) list is missing a few items: coffee, corn, soybean, and egg whites. Please add these and also provide us a way to enter in allergens with free text.18 votes
Hi everyone—as of 7/17/2015, we have added these 4 food allergies to the list. Thanks for your patience.
When I change the filter and display settings for my scheduler, I would like for the EHR to remember those the next time I log in so I don't waste valuable time changing my settings during every login.255 votes

Can you fix it to where the no-show & cancelled appointments disappear off of the schedule like the seen appointments? It will save so much time scrolling through the day's schedule & will definitely make the day schedule look cleaner. Thanks.306 votes

We would like to be able to choose which sections of a Chart Note to print. For instance, remove quality of care/screening info/from printable encounter.
This way the printable note is simple and to the point and saves paper as well.15 votes
As of 9/24/2015, you can now choose just which sections of the chart note you would like to print.

Please make "Self" be the default value in the "Relationship to Patient". Most of the time, we are granting access to the patient directly.13 votes
In January 2016, we overhauled the patient chart header, which included major updates to the PHR enrollment window.

The MU Dashboard printout does not include the name or the particulars of the year or period of attestation. This is a significant inconvenience when you are attempting to create reference documents to help you spot changes in the numbers over time and reduces the utility of the printout as a tool in an audit process.6 votes
I’m happy to report that this feature was released on 5/22/2015.
In our office nurses administer the vaccines. You should provide the ability for nurses to transmit it to the State Registry, rather than requiring a physician to do it.36 votes
Great news! As of December 17, 2015, any member of your practice may perform immunization registry submissions.

Can you enhance Patient Fusion functionality to allow patients to cancel and/or reschedule their own appointments online, rather than having to call the office? Would need to have boundaries. For example, only allow canceling or rescheduling up to 24 hours before appointment (if within that 24 hours, must email or call office).
Thank you.37 votes
Great news! We have released the ability allowing patients to reschedule and cancel appointments from their patient portal.
Thanks for providing all of your input and requests for this feature and we’re delighted to release it.
You can learn more about this feature here:
How a patient booking an appointment online:
When I import text from previous visits such as the physical exam, the imported text has the line breaks intact so each part of the exam is on a separate line. When I import from templates, I expect this behavior to persist. Now I have to press <Enter> to separate them out. Please make it where the line breaks are intact when importing from the templates.6 votes
I’m excited to announce that as of 7/31/2015, we have added this important customization feature to the EHR.
