  1. Include Attesting Party Name in MU Dashboard Print

    The MU Dashboard printout does not include the name or the particulars of the year or period of attestation. This is a significant inconvenience when you are attempting to create reference documents to help you spot changes in the numbers over time and reduces the utility of the printout as a tool in an audit process.

  2. Delegate Immunization Registry Submission to other users

    In our office nurses administer the vaccines. You should provide the ability for nurses to transmit it to the State Registry, rather than requiring a physician to do it.

  3. Allow patients to cancel and/or reschedule appointments

    Can you enhance Patient Fusion functionality to allow patients to cancel and/or reschedule their own appointments online, rather than having to call the office? Would need to have boundaries. For example, only allow canceling or rescheduling up to 24 hours before appointment (if within that 24 hours, must email or call office).

  4. Insert Template Customizations

    When I import text from previous visits such as the physical exam, the imported text has the line breaks intact so each part of the exam is on a separate line. When I import from templates, I expect this behavior to persist. Now I have to press <Enter> to separate them out. Please make it where the line breaks are intact when importing from the templates.

  6. Formatting of Chart Note Headers

    SOAP headers need to be a different color from the rest of the headers. It's difficult trying to find the title "Subjective" "Objective" " Assessment" and "Plan" since everything is scattered and written in blue.

  8. Include email address on Patient Profile Printout

    Please add the patient's email to the profile printout....it's listed as a possibility with the phone but the patient's email address does not get printed.

  10. Specify ordering provider in lab ordering

    We're starting to really work on possibly making the transition to electronic ordering for lab, since labcorp is going to make that possible soon. There are a couple of things I noticed are missing from the webinar and the tutorial video.

    Because there's no longer a forums, this isn't an ideal place to ask these questions or present these issues, but short of opening a ticket, I'm not sure how else to present them.
    1--We often order follow up labs months in advance. How does one order labs to be done 3 months from now? That wasn't reviewed in either…

  11. New Time Filter in Tasks: 30 days

    For incomplete tasks, add a '30 days' option - currently '7 days' and 'all time' are available, but we would like an additional "Next 30 days" filter.

  12. Move Notes section to top of Patient Profile

    In the patient's chart, under the Profile tab, there is a place where you can enter just some random notes. In the old EHR, this was visible right by the demos up front and top. Now we have to scroll all the way to the bottom. It would be great to have a "NOTES" box somewhere that is easily accessible, like in the "PROFILE" tab to that area on the right.

  13. In Lab Ordering, send cell phone if home phone doesn't exist

    We're starting to experiment with sending lab orders electronically today now that it's available. We have a number of patients with only cell phone and no home phone, so we never have entered a home phone number. However, generating a lab order requires us to go back and enter a home phone or we can't complete the order.

    If they have a cell phone but no home phone, we would like to populate the order with the cell instead.

    Great news! We have released the custom document types feature into the New EHR. Over the next few weeks, we will be adding this functionality to our practices’ instances of the New EHR, so keep an eye out for this new feature.

  15. Maintain Day in Scheduler

    When I click on user and select the desired person and then click on the calendar icon to select the desired date, it would be nice if both of them were remembered when moving to and from different patients. Currently, only the user is remembered and the date is lost, having to go to the calendar icon again and re-selecting it.

  16. Chart Note Macros

    We would like to be able to define a short abbreviation (usually with a special character so it cannot be accidentally typed) that expands to whatever text you want. It is found in some EHRs, a stand-alone program called AsUType, and WordPerfect.

    For instance: type a '.' (period), followed by "otc" and a space, and it automatically becomes "over the counter"

  17. Medication Reconciliation Improvements

    Reconciling medications is currently multi-click task to accomplish. After verifiying what is needed, it reverts back to initial task- and it simply takes so much time to accomplish. A lot of times, there are no medications to reconcile anyway.

  18. Custom Appointment Lengths

    Currently, in the new EHR, appointments can only be set on the 1/2 hr. Our office frequently uses 45 min. slots, thus the current restriction makes the schedule looked cluttered and patients visits are not booked correctly.

  19. Correct naming of Tdap and DTaP

    When adding a historical vaccine, I've notice two vaccines in the drop down list that don't exist and at least one common vaccine that is not listed. There no vaccines by the name or abbreviation of TDaP or DTAP. The upper and lower case of these vaccines is VERY important and has to do with dosing. Having TDaP and DTAP available in the drop down is very confusing. On the other hand, Tdap, which is commonly administered, is not on the drop down list.

  20. Common diagnoses for lab ordering

    If a patient does not have a diagnosis recorded in Dx history it would be helpful if we could create a template with our most used diagnoses so that we could easily select them without having to search through the entire system.
