  1. Patient Preferred Pharmacy

    I would like to be able to add and update pharmacies for patients. At this time the doctor is having to do this when sending meds, it would be a great help to the doctor if the staff were able to manage the pharmacy during the intake process or prior to the doctor seeing the patient.

  2. Formatting of Chart Note Headers

    SOAP headers need to be a different color from the rest of the headers. It's difficult trying to find the title "Subjective" "Objective" " Assessment" and "Plan" since everything is scattered and written in blue.

  3. Edit Patient Demographic Data from Scheduler

    I would like the choice to add an email address and change other demographic information at the schedule while I'm creating an appointment for a patient.

  4. Updates to Allergies List

    The allergies (food) list is missing a few items: coffee, corn, soybean, and egg whites. Please add these and also provide us a way to enter in allergens with free text.

  5. Frequent Diagnosis Picklist

    There used to be a sheet on which you could check off multiple diagnoses. In PF, the diagnosis section can have a list 20-50 of the most common diagnoses of a practice that can be checked off individually or "select all" and then saved to the chart with one click.

  6. Patient Phone Number and Email as column on Patient List

    Currently the process of logging into PF and getting to a patient's phone number or email make a quick phone call is very time consuming. It would make a big difference to be able to quickly access patients' contact information as a column in the Patient List.

    Hi Kory—this has been implemented in our Patient List. If you log in and go to the Charts section, you’ll see patients’ contact information in the “Contact Info” tab.

  7. Default "Relationship to Patient" to "Self" in PHR Access

    Please make "Self" be the default value in the "Relationship to Patient". Most of the time, we are granting access to the patient directly.

    In January 2016, we overhauled the patient chart header, which included major updates to the PHR enrollment window.

  8. Choose which sections of a Chart Note to Print

    We would like to be able to choose which sections of a Chart Note to print. For instance, remove quality of care/screening info/from printable encounter.

    This way the printable note is simple and to the point and saves paper as well.

  9. View Total Number of Active Patients

    You used to have an easy way for me to see the total number of active patients in my practice. I would like to have that feature back. The current way of going to reports and selecting age >0 and having to export to an excel sheet to get the number is too time consuming.

    Hi. The vital sign section needs to be more prominent. The font is very faint, and you care barely see the heading for each box.

  11. Keyboard Navigation of State Address Dropdown List

    When adding an address in insurance or in patient information, we would like to be able to type the first letter of the state and have the state come up. Having to scroll down and select on is inefficient.

    As of 10/27/16, you can now search for items within a drop-down menu by typing the first few letters, which will jump you directly to the desired item.

  12. Delete custom document types

    I need a way to delete the custom document types. I really like the feature of being able to make our own custom labels, but when a label gets entered by mistake, or spelled incorrectly, there needs to be the option to delete it.

  14. Office lab Tests

    I need a way to provide 14 results for this one test, a urinalysis. This would work better as a report with drop downs and a place to add comments.

  15. Actions menu for Documents

    It would be really helpful to have a drop down menu next to patient's name under documents menu that would include an option to send a message to staff without the need to click on patient's name and open the patient's chart. That way after reviewing the document if an action needs to be taken by clicking the drop down menu we would be able to send a message and then sign the document and move on with the next document.
    Current set up requires us to click on patient's name, open the chart and generate a message...

  16. Add "Film" to prescription form list.

    When i prescribe a FILM it would be good if FILM was an option in the rx form. Right now "Each" comes up which doesn't make much sense.

  17. Include email address on Patient Profile Printout

    Please add the patient's email to the profile printout....it's listed as a possibility with the phone but the patient's email address does not get printed.

    The patient’s email address is now printable when printing patient demographics.

  18. Collapse side bar in schedule view.

    The bar on the side that lists 'users, display options, appointment types' takes up too much space. There needs to be an arrow at the top you can click and collapse that option and make the schedule bigger.
