  1. Print ePrescribing Receipts

    Please allow us to print eRX receipts in the new EHR. We practice in assisted living facilities (ALFs). We ePrescribe via PF eRX to the institutional pharmacies that service the ALFs. The ALFs themselves need a copy of the RX. The eRX receipt with VOID watermarked across in the old EHR was superb for this.

  2. Streamline filing of Support Tickets

    Can support tickets automatically fill in my practice name, status of use, email, phone number? Support should know who I am from the login.

  3. Inline editing and reordering of template items

    I'd like to move a template up or down to someplace else in the template while I'm writing a note, and not just from the settings menu. This would be especially helpful when I'm adding a new template item and it doesn't belong at the very bottom.

  4. Hide Inactive Users

    I have had people leave the practice, I have students going through and each time I have to allow them access to PF.
    Now, my list of inactive is so long, when I go to look for an active user I have to go through this long list. I understand that I can't eliminate them since they have signed things that are permanent records but would like to 'hide' them so they aren't on the list all the time, like when I go to schedule screen. I know how to inactivate them from the tutorial.

  5. Save Scheduler Settings From Session to Session

    When I change the filter and display settings for my scheduler, I would like for the EHR to remember those the next time I log in so I don't waste valuable time changing my settings during every login.

  6. Improve the Error Messages for Patient Fusion Online Appointment Booking

    I had to disable the patients' ability to schedule their appointments onine. Unfortunately , the message they receive is giving the impression that I am not taking ANY appointments, and they assume I am closing down.

    I am losing patients. I realize they are not reading the entire message. Perhaps this would be a better error message to display: 'The online scheduler is down for now. Please contact your MD by email or phone to schedule an appointment. "

  7. Custom Appointment Lengths

    Currently, in the new EHR, appointments can only be set on the 1/2 hr. Our office frequently uses 45 min. slots, thus the current restriction makes the schedule looked cluttered and patients visits are not booked correctly.

  8. Message Archiving Enhancement

    Please individualize message archive to give time to others to see it. Now if one party archives it, the message no longer appears for everybody.

  9. Add field for primary and/or referring physicians

    Add please a field in schedule section for primary or referring physician and insurance information at the time of making appointment for our patients. As a specialist office, this feature will be greatly appreciated since this will save us time and do double work. Also if possible we can add as well a row to just add any time of comments or notes that would be visible in our patients appointment section. Thank you so much for all your help, and for accepting our suggestions! that is wonderful!

  10. Document uploading - Quick access to type of document by pressing first letter of type

    In the old EHR we were able to type "R" to get to the R's like Radiology or Request for Medical Notes versus having to scroll through all of the options. Please bring this back every where in the EHR like Documents, Proivders names, etc.

  11. Payer Insurance information listed on top of chart

    It would be nice to see the payer type / insurer when charting. Would like to see this listed at the type right beside the name, birth date and email. This would save the step of clicking on the profile every-time.

    Hi everybody, when looking at a patient, you can choose “Actions: Print patient chart”. A screen will open that will allow you to choose what to print for that patient. You can choose all of their encounters (up to 50) to print if you like.

  13. Store Patient Provider Care Team

    Would like for a practice to be able to add/delete and see each patient's specialist doctors. Like the directories, it would take a few secs to fill out especially for long time patients but it would be very helpful if you have a large practice and need to quickly know which cardiologist a patent sees.

  14. Track copay information per appointment

    Copays come directly from the patient at the time of visit. . It would be helpful if when opening a patient chart, I can document the payment, and/or I can see if the patient paid for his/her copay at their last visit. Plus if paid by credit card, medical debit card, or check and give the patient a receipt printed.

  15. Display patient list

    The old version of PF had the ability to list all patients in the practice. This is useful for a number of common activities, as is the ability to sort by various parameters, e.g. last name. Please add this back

    Update: We’ve made additional enhancements to the Recent patient list.

    Beginning 4/24/2015, the patient list in the new EHR will automatically show up to 1,000 patients, sorted by most recently accessed.

    We will also be taking an entire re-look at this feature later this year, to make sure you can find your patients when you need to access them.

  16. Move Notes section to top of Patient Profile

    In the patient's chart, under the Profile tab, there is a place where you can enter just some random notes. In the old EHR, this was visible right by the demos up front and top. Now we have to scroll all the way to the bottom. It would be great to have a "NOTES" box somewhere that is easily accessible, like in the "PROFILE" tab to that area on the right.

  17. Document lab and imaging orders in a Chart Note

    I would prefer when I enter lab or imaging orders, they should go into current chart note. Consider adding an "orders and medication" section in the Plan section.

  18. Optimize clicking in Superbill

    When generating a superbill I must select myself via drop down menu as a rendering provider then select location of service for every patient encounter even though I'm signed on at that computer all day. If I signed on once and the system afterward would default to me and my location then it would save me close to 100 clicks per clinic day.

    All those clicks add up. I once counted around fifty clicks to generate one progress note and bill. Multiply that by say 20 patients and you've performed 1000 mouse clicks that day.

    As of Q4 2015, rendering provider and service location will default to the provider and facility assigned to the chart note that is associated with that superbill.

    If you are a legacy user of the Practice Fusion/Kareo interface, we specially enabled this functionality to mirror your previous workflow. When you see two lists in your dropdown, please select the from the Billing system list.

  20. Tasks with patient names and due dates

    Tasks reminders. Example: on x/x/15 the results of a patient's test should be in. Or: on x/x/16 I must send an order for a routine test to a patient, to have the results on the day of his appointment. To be able to organize it by due date, but at the same time, if I look in the patient's chart, I can see the note
