Treatment Plan as Structured Data for Reporting
It would be very helpful if we are able to track/ post what the doctor requested such as diagnostic studies, chiro/pt, and sugery/injections by typing it in and it showing us a master list of all patients who had it in their treatment plan. At the moment we are using google sheets to track all treatment on there and it would be so much easier if we can just consolidate it into 1 program. Once the patients have the requested treatment completed we can just color code with red by default for incomplete and green for completed.
