Simplify Patient Fusion registration
I have had numerous patients attempt unsuccessfully to enroll in patient fusion, even though they said they are computer savvy. The process needs simplification.

We are having a HUGE problem with patient fusion in our office. We have actually had patients try to log in in front of us and they are unsuccessful. Either their identity cannot be verified or their username is not recognized. This happens most often when the 30 day sign on has expired and the patient requests reenrollment. We spend so much time on this issue in our large practice that it takes away from patient care.
