Flowsheets for viewing vitals and lab results over time
Flow charts are needed to keep track of all manner of ongoing issues. For example, health maintenence: colonoscopy, mamogram, ekg, etc.
As of 8/20/2015, we are excited to announce that we have deployed Flowsheets and a massive expansion of the types of vital signs that can be entered and viewed longitudinally for patients in the EHR.
You can read about flowsheets and vital sign expansion here: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/515826-how-do-i-use-flowsheets
Please contact me to fax you what we use for paper flow sheets so you can see what we need :)
The first iteration of flowsheets will be fairly straightforward and basic. But we will definitely be adding support for custom OB flowsheets after we release the initial version. We'd love to get your input on what you'd like to see in an OB flowsheet, though. Can you add your requests here so we can review?
