Would like cancelled & no show appointments to be hidden when hiding Seen appointments
Can you fix it to where the no-show & cancelled appointments disappear off of the schedule like the seen appointments? It will save so much time scrolling through the day's schedule & will definitely make the day schedule look cleaner. Thanks.

I am happy to report that this has been added to the EHR for our customers as of 5/29/2015. Thanks everyone for your patience as we resolved this.

Cancelled appointments should definitely be removed. Makes scheduling much more difficult.

This is a great thing to add. I've been training a new person on scheduling and having cancelled appointments show up on the weekly schedule has made this fairly easy task more difficult. We need to know that a person cancelled or no showed an appt, but it only needs to be in their chart.

Yes, please go back to removing the appointment from the Day view of the schedule once it's been cancelled. It's very difficult to schedule people when the patients who have cancelled are still showing up on the schedule.

Although getting rid of the no shows/cancels from the schedule view is great, please do not get rid of the soap note it generates. The soap note generated from a no show/cancel patient is a great tracking tool.

Removing cancelled or no shows from the schedule would be great! It is rather difficult to view the schedule in the week format with cancelled/no show patients still scheduled. This needs to be addressed so that they are hidden as in the previous version of the EMR.

My suggestion is when the appointment is marked NS or CA, that a new time slot be generated in its place . This will help to have a full schedule.

Yes, please hide the (cx) and (ns) appointments so when we look at the schedule they appear as blank. It would be so great as when there is no blank the slots are often overlooked.

Having a clean schedule look is so important for the work flow of the office.

Confuses everyone when looking on schedule, please add.

Hi Enmi--this request would be great if you submitted as a separate idea so we can have people vote on it to see how important it is to their practices.

When cancelling or marking pending appointments as "No Shows" the EHR doesn't need to create a blank SOAP note for that day. This creates lots of empty blank notes we have to manually remove/delete.

we need to have cancelled appointment show in the chart but not in the appointment schedule. Hard to see if the space time is available

I agree, the total number of appts remains the same eventhough it includes cancelled or no show appt, The total number should show only active pts for the day, with the ability to include inactive appts for the day if the practice chooses to do so.

This would be great. I agree that it would make the schedule look cleaner, if when you have the "SEEN" disappear, the cancelled or No Show also disappear. There's no need to see them in that particular instance.
