Custom Fields within Chart Notes

It would be great to be able to remove certain fields or add fields to a chart note. I have a Mental Health Facility and we don't do vitals or other items, but would love to create one where it would do a mental health assessment with the needed fields that have to be covered by state regulation. This feature would be a huge plus in providing a custom note to our practice, making workflow much improved.

Would like to have the mental health and pediatric developmental assessment forms as well as a medication instruction sheet detailing medications to be initiated and or stopped. It would make workflow a little easier.

We also would LOVE this. It would be very helpful to tailor the actual fields and input boxes to be things we actually need to use. For things you need to keep consistent for your reporting features just leave the same, but it would be awesome if we could actually tailor the look of the office note. Maybe even make it a different 'drop down box' option, when starting a new Encounter with a pt. It'd be great to have those drop down options for things such as Wellness Exams... it would filter in the templates needed for that encounter at one time, and make the encounter look more presentable and organized better. It would save many tedious steps in having to bring in a template for each section of the chart when you're ready for it.

I would like the SOAP note section to be carried over into the customized encounter types, along with the vitals, PMH, Social Hx, and medications.

Yes! This is exactly what my practice wants and needs since we run residential depression recovery programs with large numbers of patients with specific needs within anxiety and depression and we need a place to track scores from our depression and anxiety tests.

My practice would like to see the ability to add and customize the chart when the doctor is making a SOAP. It would be nice to have the ability to add new categories that are not there already (such as the past medical history, SOAP,Allergies, etc. My clinic has a depression and anxiety program and it would be helpful to add new sections that pertain to different depression tests and scores. Something that we could customize within as the SOAP notes are done.

I agree! Mental health provider here - we would love PF if we could create the necessary fields for data gathering / reporting

Couldn't have said it better myself!

Yup and be able to "Create" a new Area for the specialist practices.

Be able to move the "Note" below "Encounter Details" (not 1/2 way down the encounter). ie: And move "Immunizations" to the bottom. Even if it could be a similar as the Charting Template boxes that you can move up and down. That way EACH PRACTICE has the pertinent information to their practice in the order they need.

This would be HUGE for time management and work flow.

Yes! This feature would benefit all specialists! There is tons of information that is not needed within the chart and tons that we do need that is nowhere to be found!
