Create task from Scheduler Status change
If a pt is a no show, the staff should ideally call the pt and notify the physician. By creating task to the provider or other staff, it will accomplish 3 items
1. The assignee acknowledges the cancelled appt and can either send a message back to the staff on the next course of action or ignore it/click completed.
2. A soap note that needs to be deleted is not created.
3. The physician's legal mandate to the pt is satisfied while improving overall quality of care.

This is a great idea. Having smart buttons like "Save", "Save + Add Task" etc...
