Save Scheduler Settings From Session to Session
When I change the filter and display settings for my scheduler, I would like for the EHR to remember those the next time I log in so I don't waste valuable time changing my settings during every login.

This full functionality has been added to the EHR for our customers as of 5/29/2015. Thanks everyone for your patience as we resolved this.

You state the problem has been resolved, but it hasn't. We like to have 15 min default appt, and I have to change it every day. It has always been possible to change the time slots of the calendar, but it doesn't remember it from session to session.

Can the default tab, "Appointment", "Day", "Week" also be saved? We only ever use the "Week" tab. It would be nice to just start there every time we log in.

If we are on one day in the schedule, switch screens then go back, it defaults to today's schedule. We then have to click a few times to get back to where we were. Is this going to be changed any time soon? It takes a lot of extra time.

Hi Maria--the user checkboxes should be maintained from session to session. Those were deployed on 5/8. The rest of the settings will be maintained starting 5/29.

You stated that this would take effect on 5-8-15, today is 5-11-15 and we still have to make the changes on the schedule.

This will be much appreciated. I also spend the time changing the display settings every time I log in.
A related question about the schedule, which I didn't find an existing answer to in the forums: If a patient wants to schedule multiple future appointments, I would do this with the 'repeat' feature without having to check the schedule for every day they're wanting to come in. This feature is great, except that I'm finding that the system will multi-book with an existing appointment for another patient rather than alert me that there is a conflict. Wondering if such alert doesn't exist yet, or if you could please tell me where the setting for it may be. Thank you. -

PLEASE fix the scheduler to save users and appt default. Irritating to do this every day!

We schedule most patients for 15 minute appointments. Right now, the schedule defaults to 30 minutes. We have to change the schedule view each time we login to PF. We would love to be able to set the default setting for this. We would also like to be able to set default times for all appointment types. Follow up visit, Nursing only, New Pt Visit, etc. are not editable, and the duration of visit must be changed each time.
