Streamline filing of Support Tickets
Can support tickets automatically fill in my practice name, status of use, email, phone number? Support should know who I am from the login.

I am typically logged on to my account when I create a support ticket.
I click "help" on top bar of Practice Dashboard page
then "PF support"
then "Help Ticket"
then "Open a ticket"
then I enter "topic"
then enter "what is your question"
after that, I get a blank ticket.
It is here that I am requesting that practice and contact information be automatically entered so I only enter the actual problem or question at the bottom of the help ticket.
