Display preferred phone number on Scheduler

Schedule should show home phone number in addition to mobile phone number. It should print the preferred method of contact or the only number available not just mobile numbers.

        The physicians in our practice make house calls. Is there a way that the patient address can be added to the appointments schedule printout in the column where the patient name and phone number is listed. This would enable the providers to have the pt address available and not have to contact the office for their next destination. An actual Notes column would also be helpful.

        yes, I agree.. there is a place for preferred phone contact number, yet the cell phone always defaults to the schedule

        We need the option to print Home number with schedule not the default ...mobile. We have many patients that do not have a mobile phone #. Also some live in a Residential Care Facility so all we have is the facility phone #. It would be much appreciated. Thanks

        It would be on the daily schedule print out screen. It under SCHEDULE, APPOINTMENTS TAB. Print out of a specific day only.

        The preferred contact method should be the first to print out on the appointments tab, phone list.
        defeats the purpose when we have to go into each individual chart and navigate to profile tab, to see which contact method the patient wants us to contact them at.

        It would be more efficient to add home phones numbers to the standard view under appointments. We currently have to print out two patient lists, the phone view list for numbers and than the standard view for why the patient is coming into our office. If all of the phone numbers would listed, we would save a lot of time and paper making our office run more efficiently.

        We utilize the Standard View schedule & if there isn't a cell # available for a client, we would greatly appreciate if the Home # prints out on it.

        Please add this.. on schedule if say Mobile is missing let it show the Home or other way around. Either way this is necessary for our office as not all patients have Mobile.

        Right now, the system will show the "mobile number" everywhere except for the main chart view. In the main chart view on the top, it shows the "home number" If you are unable to add a feature to designate which number should be primary, please at least match up everywhere in the tool where a phone number is used and use the same one. For example, using mobile instead of phone then on the chart note splash page.

        The preferred number could be highlighted somehow on the hover view in the Week view on the schedule.

        It would be wonderful if the time slots showed on the schedule. Instead of just 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, etc. We want to see 8:00, 8:15, 8:30, etc.

        We are unable to print a list of the following days appointments with all of the information we need to do our evening appointment reminder calls, ie: we need the patient phone number to appear on the list (obviously) AND the appointment notes for reference. We can print a list or either/ or, but not both. Before the upgrade we were able to print exactly what we needed.

        YES! All phone numbers should be displayed on the appointment screen. Also need to be able to change appointment from the Appointment screen….like previous releases allowed for.

        as well as a small section like there used to be for notes such as "remind to get referral" so when confirming, I can see note.

        Agreed. Phone numbers must be on the patient print out. They are gone now. They must come back. It's just a must, must, must....

        A comment I hear all the time, I work in multiple offices and there are a lot of unhappy staff and patients that the preferred number is not the number on the schedule

        When we print from the appointment tab it only prints the mobile number. So when a patient only has a home phone on file we have to open the chart obtain this. I would like to see this on the appointment print out.
