Flow diagnoses to Superbill
If the chart note has been signed and has diagnoses already entered in the chart note, the superbill should be able to pick up the diagnoses from it directly and give us an option to either add or remove diagnoses. It takes very long time to reselect the diagnoses and procedures again in superbill section.

Better yet, the ICD code should be transferred to the super bill automatically whether the note is signed or not.

can we have the diagnoses populate into the super bill without the need to search up and click each and everyone , this is time consuming, and it would be helpful. i agree it seems simple need fix cant waste more time in limited day!!!

The diagnosis should go to the superbill by date of service. Having to type the diagnosis is a long and cumbersome task. It does not make sense when it is already in PF not to carry on to the superbill

Absolutely agree! We are having issues with specified codes entered into the SOAP note and the super bill ends up with the unspecified code resulting in denial of payment from our secondary payers.

My office just talked about this today, this would be AWESOME if this can happen.

We need this, if the provider has already entered the diagnosis codes, then they should flow directly into the superbill this is twice the work.

I would add that maybe the note shouldn't have to be signed in order to access the diagnosis codes. But I do think that it would be a good idea to have the selected codes go straight into the note.

way too time consuming & frustrating the way we now have to enter superbills. Type out the diagnosis, way slower than quickly entering numbers. Agree with all of these suggestions, once diagnosis has been entered on first procedure please have them available just to click on subsequent procedures. Also, where has the doctor's note gone, need to be able to read it along side the superbill.

Is there a way, when making a template, to integrate the dx code into the template such that it will be transferred and entered into the superbill? When creating a template, the dx code is in brackets (ie. [704.5]). Those do not transfer from template to superbill. Dr. Benzoni would like them to transfer, so that she can eliminate steps in her charting/billing process.

Please bring this feature back, it used to have current dx at the top and was much faster

I agree. Please add this feature. It is more time consuming now that the current diagnosis list is mixed with the previous diagnosis list. Every time when we need to edit a superbill we have to open the chart and look at the note, it is very time consuming. Thanks.

Absolutely redundant the current way. Within assessment, there should be selectable CPT code and diagnosis should absolutely flow to the super bill. With many patient visits this is a big use of time daily.
