Appointment Detail Report

It would be great if we were able to generate a report that compiled a list of all patients that have been No Showed or Cancelled (or simply Seen) for a specified time frame. The report should include the patients last visit before the No Showed or Cancelled appointment and their phone numbers and emails. We should be able to print the report as well.

    As a free clinic, we need a way to track the number of individuals seen and number of appointments given in a certain time period. It would be great to be able to run these reports or export our calendar of appointments to an excel spreadsheet.

    You need a report that tells doctors how many patient visits were attended and how many were no-showed for any date range. Doctors need this for basic practice management. This will tell them data about cost per patient visit, billing per patient visit, and collections per patient visit.

    In the reports menu, it would be very helpful to be able to run a report on the number of patients who (and include pt's name) "no show" "cancel" etc.

    We need a report to know how many patients have been seen in a month for quality measure purposes.

    This is basic oversight for any practice and a needed component for reporting. Breaking out appointments by type should be easy to program and it needed to see what our practice makeup is and where improvement or focus of attention needs to be

    As a surgical practice, it would be ideal to be able separate appointment types and to run a report of only surgical procedures between certain dates.

    We need faster and more accurate QA data. This would allow us to easily see our flow data.

    It would be extremely helpful to be able to run reports that can help us track encounters by exam type, and also to keep track of no shows.

    Would be great to be able to print off a patient report that shows cancelled or no shows so that we can monitor our no show/cancellation rate, and be able to contact that patients in the future to see if they are still interested in being seen.

    It would be really helpful to be able to run a report and see all of the patients who have not yet had an appointment. This would be a godsend for scheduling and billing!

    Visit counts for a specific day/week/month is a basic stat that should be easily tracked.

    FUTURE Appointments LIST report
    1.-It will serve as a great tool to prepare for outages
    2.-It will allows us to stop keeping paper schedules

    In our office we would like to be able to print a monthly/quarterly or annually report detailing our patients that consistently no show or cancel their appointments. We would love to be able to keep track of these types of appointments to better identify when they are occurring most.

    In order to get the information I need now I have to download the entire data base then do a SOAP note report for the specific time frame then do a v-look up. It takes a LOT of time each month. If I could create a report template or if the demographic report could be filtered by date last seen, it would save a lot.
