Track No Show or Canceled Referrals

Under the referral section of the chart, we need to be able to note if the patient was a "no show" or "cancelled" their appointment with the specialist. We are finding that even though we do the referral, the patient is not actually going to see the specialist. Therefore, we can't "close the referral loop" & we can't delete the referral so it counts against us.

    Insurances are requesting/requiring us to track follow up on Failed to keep appointments as a quality control measure. We are supposed to call a minimum of 3 times and document.

    This is an extremely necessary tool/feature that my colleagues and I need at the office. Not only will such a tool allows us to track down the progress of our patient (whether they cancel or show) but it will allow us to take a look at the way our business is progressing or not. It will allow us to follow up with these patients more efficiently to figure out why etc. We would also like to have an infographic chart produced with these data results (monthly, yearly generated). Thanks!
