Display Notes Section when creating new patient
When creating a new patient, we need to document information that there are no specific fields for and we have been utilizing the "Notes" section on the profile page; however, this section does not appear on the profile until the demographic data has been entered and saved. We then have to go back into the profile from the summary to find the note section. It would help if it came up right away instead of us having to leave the profile and then go back into it.

It would be helpful to have an area to add additional information when we schedule new patients. We used to put patient insurance information and referring doctor etc in the "notes" section of the new patient screen, but that is no longer there. We have to go into the chart to add this information after setting up and saving the appointment.
Having to save a patient's file then wait (for a long time sometimes) to change screens while the data is saved to then click on the Profile tab, then enter notes is a laborious process, costing in labor and happiness of staff.
