Indicator of Addendum
Can we get an indicator on the encounter (maybe to the side of encounter something like a red flag) when an addendum exists? Sometimes we forget about an addendum and something is missing from note and this way we'd know exactly that there IS MORE and that we should look to bottom for extra notes.

If a chart note has an addendum, it really should be at the top of the note, not the bottom.

Or the addendum could just stay with the actual note that is being addended rather than dropping to the bottom where no one pays attention to it.

This is one of our biggest issues. It would be really helpful to have a red flag pop up of some kind. Often patients need to bring in additional required documents and this feature would make it helpful to track. Also prevents Staff from scheduling appointments with patients who aren't allowed to have appointments until they bring in their missing documents.
I Completely Agree! There should definitely be an indicator! Honestly it should be moved to the top WITH an indicator so that no one misses the fact an addendum has been made.
Hi Palo Alto Doc--I think you're requesting a new feature. You can add it here: www.practicefusion.com/ideas
Addenda to notes show COPY FORWARD with the note. Sometimes crucial information is not carried forward when a note is copied forward b/c the addendum did not come with it.
Or move the addendum to the top of the encounter

Yes please. I would like to see on the time line next to where it says that a note is signed a note stating amended in red or bold.
