Add Documents as main tab in patient chart

Under CHARTS, when viewing a patient chart there are main tabs for SUMMARY, TIMELINE, and PROFILE. We frequently reference scanned documents and have to navigate too many menus just to view the list of scanned documents for a patient's clinical encounter.

Please elevate Documents to a main tab. This will also help Quality Control in ensuring the proper documents have been signed by the patient

I agree! I went to post this idea and see there is definitely a need for this. The current set up for Documents was certainly not designed by someone who does charting on a regular basis. Having it in the Home tab is just another source of a slow down and carpal tunnel syndrome. (Mouse clicks!)

if we have to select what type of document it is ie: chart note, lab, etc, why cant those documents just be put with those things!!! a lab is a lab, put it with the other labs! so we dont have to scroll through all the differnt types of documents, what is the point of labeling them!

Very important!!! Please address this. We shouldn't have to make multiple clicks to get to these documents.
