Emphasize Physician Notes Over Other Notes

We would like to modify the display in the patient summary to better emphasize actual physician office visits that are more important than documentation of, say, patient phone calls. When I look at the list of encounters, it's often full of notations of phone calls to the patient or nurse or counselor visits. I'm primarily interested in the previous physician visit notes. Could the title/link of the physician notes ("Date / Office Visit / SOAP Note") be displayed in larger font or a different color? Or could you provide the ability to, by default, only display physician visit notes?

I had a similar request, that when printing patient chart, we are looking at a long list of dates and the phrase "Soap Note." Unfortunately all our clinicians use soap notes. It would great if the notes could be separated by clinician, or bear the initials of the clinician who generated the note, so we know which items on the list we need to print.

We would like to have a better differentiator (icon or color) between SOAP notes and other chart note types, so we can more easily tell the difference at a glance.
