Scheduler Template Masking
My schedule varies day to day, so my staff needs to know when and where to schedule patients. They need to know when to schedule a new patient, say for an hour visit, vs a return patient, say for 15 minutes. They also need to know when slots are taken or when they can overbook. I desperately need a schedule template that shows open slots for different types of patients for different amounts of time.

Has this issue been here since 2015 with no updates? Scheduling templates per provider are critical for setting and holding staff accountable for patient flow and for budgeting. Are there are updates on this issue?
I am trying to see if this idea could work in the future. Printing out the schedules showing the blocked time that we are holding same day appts. As of right now when you print out the schedules it does not show up, unless you make a fake patient named, Same Day and do it that way.
We really agree with this idea and would like to have this implemented soon to make our office run smoother and efficently.

I found this issue on the first day of use. (TODAY) Is there a way to add the patients who walk in and see it on the Appointment screen for example? It is almost like working part blind as you can see the appointments but not the walk ins!
If I print and post the schedule for the day it would be nice if the times that didn't have an appointment could be printed because a walk-in could be handwritten. Also, it wouldn't look like a full day just because the appointment at 3:00 is directly after the appointment at 11:30.
