Add Second Hand Exposure to Smoking History
Smoking history should include second hand exposure, especially for patients under 13 yrs. If asthma patients are required to have their tobacco use monitored then it would be helpful to be able to document their tobacco exposure rather that check off that they are simply non-smokers.

Yes. I'm in pediatrics so mostly every patient here is under 18 years old. Passive Smoker or Exposure to Second hand Smoke is a big deal especially when dealing with patients with asthma. There is a code for it so there should be an option.

I would also like it changed to tobacco use, then include smoking, second hand smoke, vaping and chewing tobacco

For children, it is important to be able to note if other household members smoke. That is a significant risk factor.
We definitely need this. And if it could differentiate between car and home that would be great too!
