The Care Team feature is profile is nice, but you have to window out of your note to get to that tab. It would be awesome to have a field in the patient header so as specialists the PCP is right up top.

As a consulting physician, I would like to be able to see at a glance the name of the PCP (and maybe also the referring MD). Could this be an option. It should be entered in Profile.

Provider name in heading with general information of patient's chart. (name, insurance, DOB, and phone number is)

Displaying the primary care provider's name in the header would be an invaluable tool for specialists as well as for primary care groups with multiple members
