Alert or Task when Patient has completed Online Intake Form

In order to use the online intake information at this point, the patient must be checked in for the Intake to populate into the Subjective portion of the SOAP note.
If that is used the way it is intended, there is no way to know if the patient has utilized the online function until in the office, meaning the time pre-appointment is not diminished and any necessary paperwork cannot be prepared ahead of time.
There is a need for an alert so that those responsible for inputting the Intake into the chart have an opportunity to do so before patient arrival.

    This would be very useful. We try to prepare everything possible in advance of a patients arrival. We need to know when an Intake form is completed well before a patient arrives to our office.

    Such as insurance and demographic updates, other Patient Fusion updates should have an alert that shows up automatically without having to check the patient in on the scheduler. This updated information can then be assimilated prior to the patient actually arriving for the appointment.
