Document Library Repository
We need to have a central repository of documents for the practice. These would be documents that get assigned to pretty much every patient that comes in to the office. We would want to populate the library with our own document templates and then pull them in to the patient's document list when they're in the office. Ideally, these documents could be annotated and drawn on as well.

There's not a current place for practice users to review HIPAA information in the forefront of PF. The HIPAA template could be incorporated with radio buttons or something to show clinical staff can leave detailed messages and/or send letters/correspondence. In addition, the HIPAA template should show an option if the patient allows others to have written/verbal permission to speak on their behalf.

I would like the ability to create handouts that could be attached to print with discharge plan. It would also be nice to be able to Email these and / or the plan because half the time the patients lose the paperwork before they get home. Plus this would save a ton of printing costs.
This would also encourage the pt to provide and Email and sign up for the patient portal.

Integrate Consent Forms into Practice Fusion so we can have patients read and e-sign on a tablet in waiting area and automatically integrate it into Practice Fusion

I would like to be able to print out a blank patient intake that the patient can then fill out. The office staff can then use this to enter the information into the patient's profile.
