Update: As of November 2017, Practice Fusion EHR (Versions 3.6 and 3.7) has achieved PCMH Prevalidation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for NCQA’s PCMH 2017 Program.

Prevalidation for PCMH is well and good but we should be able to use the Practice Fusion EHR to continue the process of achieving the PCMH Recognition status
We need a robust reports registry- we should be able to easily run language, ethnicity, race, gender reports for patients seen within specific time periods, pull most frequently seen diagnosis for specific time periods for the panel of patients, risk score reports, run reports for pending labs and imaging orders, pending or completed referral for specific dates. There is a whole lot more reports that we all need as we continue the process.
I think we have all been passionate about this idea for years now. I believe its time for our engineers to look into modifying the New Patient report section to convert it to the reporting registry that we all believe that these engineers can build to " offer your practices a streamlined pathway for achieving PCMH Recognition" We need more than 10.87 point of autocredits. We need the recognition.
This is very necessary modification that affects our participation in the value based model of the very near future. Practices need these changes.
We will appreciate a timeline to look forward to having these changes put in place. Just look up the PCMH standards and guideline to see the required reports. I believe you can do this, I hope you believe it too.
Hope to get positive response very soon--Like RESOLVED in green color

If PF cannot generate a report for RISK SCORE at this time. Can we incorporate an inhouse DB and link it to the patient's chart?

We are working towards becoming a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and one of the requirements is to be able to generate the "RISK SCORE". We can assign individual patients a RISK SCORE but we would like to generate a report of all risk scores for our patient population.

One of the things that would help with PCMH certification is a way to track and follow lab orders that are outstanding. Right now I have to do this outside of practice fusion.

will like the idea of Practice fusion as a ncqa prevalidated vendor for patient - centered medical home.

PCMH, patiently registry where we can generate reports, connectivity to RHIOs all these will be very beneficial to every PF physician. Still hoping we are getting there soon
        Have a wonderful week

Standard 3, Element B is a critical item to achieve PCMH status. PF cannot generate the reports necessary to achieve this goal. Most payers will reimburse at higher rates for practices PCMH recognized. PLEASE consider this ASAP!

Every practice is on her way to transform into PCMH and only those left so far using Practice Fusion. We need paper less work

We really will appreciate help with achieving PCMH using practice fusion

I would like to echo the previous comments we need a patient registry and a robust query system to search the registry for PCMH.

In the process of becoming a PCMH practice, some features are unavailable. When will they become accessible.
