Auto-Inactivate Patients

We would like to make patients automatically list as "inactive" after a set period of time, customized per provider. And then give us the option to change their status back to "Active." This will cut down on sorting through patients who haven't been in after a certain date.

if there is no activity in patient record for last three years, it should be automatically made inactive

I agree with this thought. I would request a patient be made inactive if not seen in the office for certain length of time esp one year,

In addition it would also be nice to have a way to select those inactive patients to print off so that those physical charts can be sorted out and stored in another location.
