    Please add "rash" rather than just having "rash - generalized" and "rash - localized." Many patients had a childhood allergy and they know it caused a rash but they don't remember how widespread it was.

    Since most of the allergy symptoms listed are really only side effects why not list headache? Many medication can cause therapy limiting headache such as nitrates, opiates, blood pressure medications, otc drugs like acetomenophen ,NSAIDS, psychiatric meds SSRI's, Welbutrin, and frequently with Viagra and Cialis.
