Custom Appointment Statuses

We would like the ability to add custom statuses and filters for those statuses. Some of what we'd like to be able to add are:
Filling out Papers
In Triage
Ready for Doctor

These would help our doctors understand where patients currently reside.

    Yes Please....... add "Reschedule / Rescheduled (RS) as an option for Appt status!!!

    We would also like to be able to select "With Doctor". These all help us keep track of what stages are patients are in so we can more efficiently manage our daily schedule.

    In the status options we have cancelled and no show, can we have a "rescheduled" option so that when staff prints the report to call patients, they can see who rescheduled already?

    Yes I agree - please add a rescheduled button so we can track staff's ability to encourage rescheduling instead of just letting the patient cancel and hanging up.
    We have chiropractic and physical therapy patients whose treatment plan consists of 1-3 visits a week and if they are not meeting their treatment goals set by providers it would help to see a report that shows if they were keeping their scheduled appointments or canceling.

    Yes. It would help if we could change appt. status to ready so the provider would know that the nurse has finished with the patient and they are ready to be seen.

    Add reschedule as an appointment status. When choosing rescheduled, it takes all info selected for that appt and inputs it into new appt slot.

    We would like to see a more detailed information under Appointments in the Patient Summary when a patient cancels their appointment. So if we can add to cancelled status and be able to free text that would be awesome, instead of opening the encounter and seeing when the patient cancelled.

    We would like to be able to customize statuses for our orthopedic practice. An example would be to add directives after in lobby, such as x-ray ready, in physical therapy, nurse ready, doctor ready, etc.

    Need to have additional patient status for "closed" so after billing charges are posted after "pt seen" can be marked off

    Yes!!
    I so badly would appreciate the "READY" status. our patients are brought back, and currently we are still using paper fee tickets that get put up in a line to inform the us that the patient is ready. But what we would like is to be able to go paperless, and have the rooms say "READY" so that we know patient is not only in the room, but vitaled and ready to be seen !

    also would like to have it so that the schedule itself would show who comes first. sometimes a patient comes late for their appt, or another is ready before the others esp if there is double booking, having the time they arrived , vitaled, show up in the schedule would be EXCELLENT also.

    I would be helpful to have a record of rescheduled appointments, on the patient summary, and if they were rescheduled by the patient or the provider. The user name and date of the appointment scheduling would be helpful as well.

    Need to be able to customize the appointment status for our practice. Would like to be able to mark an appointment as "confirmed" etc.

    Please add "rescheduled" as an option on appointments. Only having "cancelled" makes us add RS in the notes

    we call patients the night before to confirm their appointments. i would like an option to show it was confirmed, no answer, left message, etc. It would be nice to look at the schedule and see at a glance who confirmed, etc.

    please provide additional status options on the schedule view. Currently patient is pending, lobby, seen. We need check in complete, ready for provider options please.
