Verifying Allergies and Medications on Summary Page
Could a check box be added for individuals to check off that they have verified allergies and medications so that it carries over into the encounter. This way, a provider would know that the task was done and it is the most up to date information. Often times this information is verified/updated for the provider by a staff member first. This will create a record for each visit that someone has verified all allergies and medications for the patient as well as who it was and what their credentials are (MA, LPN, RN, NP, PA, MD, etc).
