Include Medication List as part of Care Plan by default

When we print the encounter form , the plan section says " no care plan" if medication is the only thing in that section. Please remember that the medication is a part of the paln, sometimes it is the only plan. So i prescribed a medication that was my plan. So why does that section still say: no care plan? could you please remove that comment("no care plan") when a medication is prescribed?

Yes! Currently copying and pasting the care plan from an external RTF as the care plan section does not offer this. Unable to make fonts bigger or bold imperative instructions. Then I am copying and pasting the medications from the medication section to the care plan as all care plans require a summary of medication to resume or discontinue. This would be helpful. Perhaps an improved way to choose what information to attached from the SOAP, medicaitons, and ICD sections. Similar to sending referrals.
