Would like to have the ability to integrate an autoresponder (i.e. Aweber, Get Response, Constant Contact, etc.) into Practice Fusion. This would enable us to stay in closer contact with patients, as well as having notifications go out to individual patients on a time schedule.13 votes

When replying to an internal message, the cursor should start in the message box. Currently when clicking "reply", it starts in the recipient box, even though there is a recipient.6 votes
As of 6/26/2015, the cursor will now drop in the message box if you’re replying to a message. Thanks for creating and supporting this idea.
The dropdown list search for person to send message to in practice: currently find a letter ("a" for example) placed anywhere in anyone's name. It should search for a letter only as the first letter of someone's first name or last name, not find every instance of the letter in every name. I send message to same person every time and have to type their full name to address messages.6 votes
I'd like to see this in addition to the subject line and which staff member sent the email. It helps me know what messages to read first before I start replying.6 votes
