Delete custom document types
I need a way to delete the custom document types. I really like the feature of being able to make our own custom labels, but when a label gets entered by mistake, or spelled incorrectly, there needs to be the option to delete it.

Document uploading - Quick access to type of document by pressing first letter of type
In the old EHR we were able to type "R" to get to the R's like Radiology or Request for Medical Notes versus having to scroll through all of the options. Please bring this back every where in the EHR like Documents, Proivders names, etc.
63 votesGood news, everyone. You can now navigate through the Document Type list by typing the first letters of the values.

Make Document Preview Section Larger
It is taking several steps to review a document because it appears with the details on one side and a very small document on the other.
We have to close the detail screen using the x and then magnify the remaining image at least 2 times to be able to read.
It would be better if the default was a larger image with the ability to open the details if needed( most of the time they are not.)
17 votesHello everyone – as of 6/1/2017, we have introduced an update to the document preview functionality: signed documents will now automatically preview in a full screen view when selected, with the option to click “Show Details” to view the document details window.
Please note that pending (unsigned) documents will continue to show the details window when opened until the document has been signed.

Actions menu for Documents
It would be really helpful to have a drop down menu next to patient's name under documents menu that would include an option to send a message to staff without the need to click on patient's name and open the patient's chart. That way after reviewing the document if an action needs to be taken by clicking the drop down menu we would be able to send a message and then sign the document and move on with the next document.
Current set up requires us to click on patient's name, open the chart and generate a message...15 votesHi everyone. As of 6/26/2015, there is an Actions Menu in Documents where you can send a new message and create a new task. Thanks for your input here. Keep the ideas coming!
There is a new section in this Knowledge Base article that covers the Actions Menu addition: http://knowledgebase.practicefusion.com/knowledgebase/articles/483348
