  1. Move Notes section to top of Patient Profile

    In the patient's chart, under the Profile tab, there is a place where you can enter just some random notes. In the old EHR, this was visible right by the demos up front and top. Now we have to scroll all the way to the bottom. It would be great to have a "NOTES" box somewhere that is easily accessible, like in the "PROFILE" tab to that area on the right.

  2. Specifying Inclusive Gender Options for Patients

    I'd like to see more options for gender at birth, current gender identification, sexual orientation, and a place to indicate preferred pronoun.

    Hello everyone – great news! You now have the ability to specify gender at birth in the patient Profile as well as gender identity and sexual orientation on the patient Summary page.

    Thank you for your patience as we worked to get this implemented!

  3. Keyboard Navigation of State Address Dropdown List

    When adding an address in insurance or in patient information, we would like to be able to type the first letter of the state and have the state come up. Having to scroll down and select on is inefficient.

    As of 10/27/16, you can now search for items within a drop-down menu by typing the first few letters, which will jump you directly to the desired item.

  4. Store Patient Provider Care Team

    Would like for a practice to be able to add/delete and see each patient's specialist doctors. Like the directories, it would take a few secs to fill out especially for long time patients but it would be very helpful if you have a large practice and need to quickly know which cardiologist a patent sees.

  5. Include email address on Patient Profile Printout

    Please add the patient's email to the profile printout....it's listed as a possibility with the phone but the patient's email address does not get printed.

    The patient’s email address is now printable when printing patient demographics.

  6. Entry of Marital Status when Quick-Adding a Patient

    We would like to be able to enter the marital status when quick-adding a patient from the scheduler.

  7. American Sign Language as "Primary Language"

    The majority of my practice is working with the Deaf community. Currently there is no option for American Sign Language - or even an "other" category. Please add to the list of languages.
