Updates on current Known Issues

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can support it.

  1. Known Issue: Difficulty selecting date for uploaded documents

    Status: Acknowledged (10/19/17)

    Our team is aware of an issue where some users are having difficulty selecting a date for an uploaded document. If you are experiencing this issue, please use the following workaround:
    1. Click on the calendar icon and select the date you wish to assign. For affected users, the date will revert to show MM/DD/YYYY.
    2. Click back into the calendar icon and select a different date.
    3. Open the calendar once more and select the correct date you wish to assign. The date should now save.
