Known Issue: Superbill displaying a duplicate diagnosis when 3 or more diagnoses are added

Status: Acknowledged (3/10/17)

Our team is aware of an issue where some users are seeing a duplicate diagnosis display in the superbill when 3 or more diagnoses are added. In some cases, this may result in the alert message "At most 4 diagnoses are allowed for each procedure." Please note that this will not prevent the superbill from sending successfully to a connected biller. The Billing Report can be used to confirm the status of all superbills; successfully sent superbills will be marked as Archived.

We will provide updates here as soon as we have more information. If you have been affected by this issue, please add your vote to receive updates via email.
