Known Issue: Appointment Reminders not sending for appointments meeting all requirements
Status: In Progress (5/23/2017)
Our team is aware of an issue where some patient appointment reminders are not sending, despite all of the following being confirmed:
1. Patient has a valid email address entered their patient profile.
2. Provider has patient appointment reminders turned on at both the practice and patient level.
3. The appointment in question was created at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment day.
