Known Issue: Internet speed shows as "Unknown" after selecting "Run Diagnostics" in the EHR

Status: Acknowledged (8/16/17)

Our team is aware of an issue where some users are seeing their internet speed returned as "Unknown" when using the "Run Diagnostics" function from the EHR Help menu.
