2018 MIPS Dashboard update to reflect performance category name change from CMS
As part of the FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2019 MEDICARE HOSPITAL INPATIENT PROSPECTIVE PAYMENT SYSTEM AND LONG TERM ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL PROSPECTIVE PAYMENT SYSTEM PROPOSED RULE, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has changed the name of the “Advancing Care Information” performance category of MIPS to “Promoting Interoperability.”
