What is Patient Fusion (patient portal)?

Patient Fusion is your patient's online patient portal. Patient Fusion’s patient portal allows you to give patients access to their records at no cost. The patient portal will automatically update as you add information to their chart. Patient Fusion is a source for up-to-date health records shared by you, including:
  • Medications, Diagnoses, Allergies & Immunizations
  • Lab test and results
  • Vitals
  • Procedures
  • Care plans
  • Appointments
The Health Records section is where patients will find health information that has been shared by their doctor. Patients will also be shown items that fall under the following categories: procedures, diagnostic studies, and interventions. Please note that sensitive procedures and screenings will not be shared through the patient portal, e.g. "Adult depression screening assessment."

The Appointment section will include upcoming, past and cancelled appointments. Patients will also have the ability to book, reschedule and cancel appointments with your practice.
