As an administrator, how can I reset a user's verification phone number?
After your practice administrator has prompted a verification phone number reset, you will receive an email at the email address on file for your Practice Fusion account. If you are unable to locate the email in your Inbox, please click here.
1. Click the Reset your phone button
2. You will be prompted to input your login email and password
3. Next you will be prompted to input a phone number, choose the method by which you would like to receive the code (text or voice) and press Continue. Please note, this must be a phone number you can access whenever you need to reset your password or if you access your EHR from a new browser.
If this phone number was input incorrectly you can edit it once you navigate to the next screen.
4. You will be prompted to input the 5 digit security code that was sent to your phone, then click Log in.
