How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, visit www.practicefusion.com and select Log in. Click the Reset password link, enter your login credentials and select Reset password. This will generate a password reset email.

Note: To reset your password, you will need access to your verification phone number.

After resetting your password, we recommend storing your login credentials in a secure place for future use.

How do I reset my password? (I use my email to login)
1. Click Reset password on the login screen and enter your login email. This will generate a password reset email. If you are unable to locate the password reset email in your Inbox, please click here.

Note: If you encounter a “Password cannot be reset” error, you'll need to contact Customer Service.



2. Within your password reset email, choose whether you'd like to to receive your security code via Text or Voice. For more information, see How do I retrieve my security code?



3. You’ll be redirected to the Security code screen. Enter your code and click Reset password.

4. Input your new password and select Update password.

How can an administrator reset a password?
Alternatively, account administrators (users at your practice who have administrator privileges, usually the provider or office manager) can reset any user's password.

Click Settings, select Users and select the desired user. Under the Login info section, click Reset password.
