How can I access Practice Fusion on my tablet?

Practice Fusion’s award-winning EHR is available for iOS, Android, and Microsoft Windows tablets. This streamlined version of your EHR is optimized for charting on a touchscreen, so you can take your charts anywhere.

You can access Practice Fusion on your tablet by navigating to www.practicefusion.com on your tablet's browser and logging with your normal login credentials. To review a list of recommended devices and supported browsers, please see our System Requirements.


Whether you're on a desktop, laptop, or tablet, you'll have access to the same EHR. As new features become available in the EHR on desktop, they will also be available on your tablet.


Many common customer requests were incorporated into this new experience, including dynamic note fields that expand to fit your note and built-in automatic spell-check.


What can you do with the EHR for tablet?

With the EHR for tablet, you have the ability to chart on-the-go! Click the Menu icon in the top-left corner to display or hide the navigation bar.



View your daily schedule: Filter the schedule by provider in your practice.



View your patient list: You have the option to sort your patient list by Recent or Scheduled patients.



View your patient's charts: Navigate to Summary and Timeline sections



Chart patient encounters: Create an end-to-end encounter, utilizing templates, rich-text editing, and integrated clinical decision support



Add new patients and search existing patients: Access and complete the entire patient profile.

Note: We recommend using the EHR in portrait orientation, which provides vertical space for soft keyboard activation on the screen during data entry. You'll find the optimal workflow to deactivate the soft keyboard if needed while navigating form fields.
