Why do I need to verify my browser each time I log in to Practice Fusion?

If you are prompted to trust your browser each time you log in to Practice Fusion, first make sure you have checked the Always trust this browser checkbox. What is browser trust?

If you are still being prompted to trust your browser and enter your security code by phone, you'll want to make sure your browser is set to allow/enable cookies. Please find steps for each browser below.

Internet Explorer:

1. Click on the Gear Icon
2. Select the Internet Options

3. Click the Privacy tab
4. Click the Advanced button

5. Select Accept bubble for both first-party and third-party cookies
6. Click OK


1. Click the three horizontal bars in the upper-right corner
2. Choose Options

3. Click the Privacy tab
4. Click the dropdown menu that says "Firefox will: Remember history" and select Use custom settings for history"

5. Check Accept cookies from site checkbox
6. Choose Always from the Accept third-part cookies dropdown
7. Important: make sure to uncheck Clear cookies when Firefox closes
8. Click OK

Google Chrome:

1. Select the Menu button in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Settings

3. Click the Show advanced settings

4. Click Content settings...
5. Select Allow local data to be set (recommended) bubble
6. Click Done

You can also click the Manage exceptions button to add "static.practicefusion.com" to allow this exception.

If you ever clear your cache in Chrome, you can use the shortcut: CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE. Make sure to uncheck "cookies."
