To do this, any administrator may click Settings in the top right-hand corner and select Vaccine inventory.
Click Add vaccine, enter the Lot # and begin typing your custom vaccine in the Vaccine Type field. If you are not able to locate a particular vaccine, select Add custom vaccine. Enter the manufacturer, expiration date, total doses, and optional funding source, then click Done.
You'll then be able to select the custom vaccine when adding it as an administered vaccine within a patient's chart.
Custom vaccine - Historical
If the custom vaccine entered is historical, you may add the vaccine directly within the Immunizations section of the patient chart without adding it to your inventory. Within the patient chart, click Go to... and select Immunizations. Click the Add vaccine button and select Historical.
Begin typing the name of your vaccine. You may select from the list of available options or select Add custom vaccine.
Enter additional details and click Add.
