1. Click Settings in the top right-hand corner
2. Select Users
3. Click the provider's name
4. Under the Medical identifiers section, enter the NPI, DEA, NA DEA, and other IDs.
5. Click Save in the upper right-hand corner.
If pharmacies are contacting you using an outdated or incorrect phone or fax number (example: calling your home phone for refills or faxing your previous office location), you may need to update your e-prescribing contact information.
