1. If the patient is not matched properly you can search within the Patient field in the result. A list of patients will display that meet the search parameters. If you are able to locate the patient, choose the Assign button.
2. Clicking the Assign button will assign the result to the patient.
3. If you select a patient in error, you can change the patient to which you have assigned. Select Change Patient from the Actions Menu and search for the correct patient.
