What reports are available in the EHR?
Click Reports from the left navigation bar to view all available reports. Within the Reports section, you may locate specific reports using the search bar at the top.

Activity feed and audit report
1. Select a date range within a 14 day time frame. Additional filtering options include: Date, Patient, Provider, Activity Type and Patient Data Type
2. The Audit Report will include the Activity Type, Patient Data Type, Detail, Provider Username and Date. (The Date column will include the time-stamp)

If you experience an error message or a prolonged loading time, please narrow your search criteria. You can narrow your search criteria by shortening the time range you are searching with as well as selecting the Show only my activity box.
Chart notes report
1. Use the provider drop-down menu in the upper-left corner to select a specific provider (results show chart notes that were seen by the provider), or leave “All Providers” to run a report for all providers.
2. Using the Chart Type drop-down you can choose to narrow your search by you chart note types, including any custom chart note types you may have. You may also choose to filter the search results by date adding a date range using the date fields.
3. When your desired parameters are set, click Run Report.
4. To print or export the report (only after you have clicked the Run Report button), you can click the Actions button in the upper-right corner to Print or Export. Exported files are in .csv format, which can be opened and edited in Excel.
Diagnosis registry
1. Select the individual provider or search All providers
2. Toggle the drop-down menu to search by Dx or ICD9 codes. (Note: To search by a specific diagnosis code, please ensure that you select to search by ICD9 codes.)
3. Use the Calendar icons to specify a date range for your report
4. Show active and inactive Dx, or only active
Drug interactions report
1. Select the individual provider or search All providers (the provider is designated by the ‘Signed by’ provider on the chart note)
2. Select the Alert Level drop-down to narrow your search to include specific types of interactions
3. Use the Calendar icons to specify a date range for your report

Referrals report
1. Select the individual provider or search All providers (the provider is designated by the ‘Signed by’ provider on the chart note)
2. Use the Calendar icons to specify a date range for your report

Meaningful Use dashboard - Historic
If you actively participated in Meaningful Use from 2011-2013, you may use this report to access your historical Meaningful Use dashboards.
Medication report
Use the provider drop-down menu in the upper-left corner to select a specific provider (results show chart notes that were seen by the provider), or leave “All Providers” to run a report for all providers. Search results will display patients prescribed a particular medication by a specific provider or all providers in the practice.
